The ISRIC World Soil Museum will host a bike tour led by Willem Dragt, a former geography teacher and guide at the World Soil Museum for the past 10 years.
Join us for a 10 km cycling tour through a diverse landscapes of Wageningen and surroundings. Along the route, Willem will highlight the fascinating story of Dutch soils. Halfway through the tour, participants will stop at the ISRIC World Soil Museum.
The event is organised by ISRIC, a partner in the CURIOSOIL project. The project, co-funded by the European Union and led by the University of Aveiro (Portugal), aims to deepen public comprehension of soil dynamics, establishing a connection between individuals and soil using hands-on experiences.
