Andries Bosma is a Business Developer with an MSc. in Land & Water Development at Wageningen Agricultural University. After graduation in 1990 he worked for almost 10 years with FAO in Yemen, Ghana, Zambia and Zimbabwe on rural development projects (irrigation, erosion control, farmers field schools, institutional development). In 2001 he returned to the Netherlands as a manager and business developer at different consultancy firms on land and water projects. Major focus was on acquisition by building sustainable client relations and developing multi-disciplinary propositions. Since October 2016 Andries has taken up a position as Business Developer at ISRIC. ISRIC provides him with an opportunity to develop business cases on major themes like food security, climate change and biodiversity.
